Liderazgo ágil y competitividad empresarial en una empresa de importación de accesorios automotrices de Lima, Perú

Resumen
La investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación entre el liderazgo ágil y la competitividad empresarial en una empresa de importación de accesorios automotrices. Metodología cuantitativa, diseño no experimental y muestra de 112 empleados. Los resultados evidenciaron una respuesta positiva en capacidad de adaptación (70.5%), en  toma de decisiones (67.9%) y en  satisfacción con la calidad del servicio (83%). Se concluyó que la implementación del liderazgo ágil optimiza la adaptabilidad, la innovación y la eficiencia operativa.

Abstract
The research aimed to determine the relationship between agile leadership and business competitiveness in an automotive accessories import company. The methodology used was quantitative, with a non-experimental design and a sample of 112 employees. The results showed positive responses in adaptability (70.5%) and decision-making (67.9%), as well as satisfaction with service quality (83%). The conclusion was that implementing agile leadership optimizes adaptability, innovation, and operational efficiency.
