Resumen
La investigación analizó la gestión del conocimiento en el sector comercial desde la perspectiva directiva mediante un estudio de caso cualitativo. Se evidenció un desarrollo “Muy Alto” en todas las dimensiones evaluadas y destacó el desempeño del Gerente Comercial 7 (97,8%). Se concluye que la gestión del conocimiento, liderada por directivos competentes, mejora el desempeño organizacional y apoya la sostenibilidad global. Se propone implementar un programa de mentoring interno bajo el liderazgo del gerente con mejores resultados.

Abstract
The study analyzed knowledge management in the commercial sector from a managerial perspective through a qualitative case study. A “Very High” level was observed across all dimensions, with Commercial Manager 7 standing out at 97.8%. The findings conclude that knowledge management led by competent managers enhances organizational performance and contributes to global sustainability goals. As a result, the implementation of an internal mentoring program is proposed, led by the top-performing manager to strengthen knowledge transfer and leadership within the organization.
